The Sunday training ride will meet at the Archers at 6:30am, this is different to the Club Run.

This week we will are going to complete a 130 mile route around Norfolk. This is mainly and endurance ride in preparation for the Coast 2 Coast many of us are taking part in June.

The plan for the morning will be speeds of 18mph, we will look to stop at 40 miles and 80 miles for coffee and cake.
