The Sunday training ride will meet at The Bell this week at 7:30am, this is different to the Club Run.
We will be following the VCB 100km route to get in some practise for the Coast 2 Coast but we might change it around near Bungay and take in some more hills. Therefore, no map.
The plan for the morning will be planning to average 20mph. This is to keep a constant pace and take in some hills.
We will finish the route at the Bell in St Olaves for coffee.
